Add Office Row

This is an office coverage worksheet. If a firm operates in multiple states or cities, create one row for each office location.

How to use this

Your work is saved locally in this browser. It is not automatically shared with your supervisor.

  1. Select the assigned associate from the dropdown.
  2. Open the firm’s official website.
  3. Find the firm’s US office locations.
  4. Create one row for each office location.
  5. Enter the exact office address and source URL for every row.
  6. Export CSV at the end of each work session.
Normalized names only The dropdown uses ADI’s normalized associate names. Do not create new firm-name variations in the register.
Do not make business judgments Your role is to collect verified public information. ADI will perform the business analysis separately.
Before leaving the workstation Export the CSV and send or save it to the agreed project location. Local browser data can be lost if the device or browser changes.
